I have to say that 4 years ago I wasn't very impressed with this shop. I started doing business at another dealer in southern NH. Losing confidence in that dealer I went back to Granite State after speaking with Kevin who told me about the positive changes there. Now, unless I'm out of state, I'll use no other dealer for my Harley needs. Their service department is top notch, professional and a bunch of nice guys. Yes, that includes the Wizard Chelsea!. When I've had an issue with my Limited, they've gotten me right in and taken care of the problem and I'm back out on the road in no time. Everyone in the shop is very friendly and make it fun to go there just to hang out. The owner, Natasha, has done a marvelous job turning this shop into THE place to do your Harley shopping in New Hampshire. Great job y'all!!

I have owned 36, (now 37) Harley-Davidson motorcycles since 2000, and I perform a LOT of comparison shopping when deciding where to buy my next Harley. I don't even limit my comparisons to New England; but to anywhere in the United States. Granite State Harley-Davidson rose to the challenge and stepped-up above ALL of the other dealerships I shopped! Sales Manager Kevin was able to fit me with the perfect Harley-Davidson immediately, and effortlessly. His straight-forward, honest, no-nonsense style was a breath of fresh air. Financing and Insurance was a breeze - no guessing or questions. Service and Parts Manager Troy took the ball and kept it rolling with coordinating all of my chrome, accessories and installation. Parts and Service Liaison Scott made sure that the efforts were seamless. The Service Team installed my accessories professionally, and QUICKLY! The guys even kept in touch with me after delivery to make sure that I was happy, and that all is well! I will say that this is the best deal, and best experience I've had in purchasing a Harley-Davidson, and I will surely return for many more. I wanted to express my gratitude to everyone at Granite State Harley from the top on down. I purchased my Ultra two years ago and I ride a lot. My bike has run flawlesly and whenever I had any issue which they were all very minor you were quick to get them taken care of. Last October I took a step by purchasing and installing new pipes and mufflers, doing so I relied on the expertise of Clarke and the guys in parts to guide me through this process informing them that I had eventual plans to do more work in the future. I was so pleased with this work that I began talking about going to either heads or a 103 kit. Again working with Clarke, Troy, Kyle, and Scott they recomended a certain path which I thought about and went with. The trip was interesting to get to where I am at but the journey was well worth the wait. I know that circumstances that were not in your control caused some moments where I began to wonder if this was all worth it, but with your patience and mine we got there. I cannot be more happier with the results, you, as well as your staff put together an alternate plan which in restrospect gave me even more than I could have imagined. Any concerns I had through this process were addressed quickly and to my satisfaction. For all this I sincerely want to thank you for all the hard work you have done. You have a great service department, you have a great parts department, and the ownership is truely vested in the success of its customers. My wife and I were shopping in West Leb and decided to stop and take a look since I had received flyers in the past, but had never stopped by. We were quickly greated by Manager Rick. Once he found out we had never been to the shop, he took us on a tour and introduced all the employees and even some patrons that were in the waiting room. They also had a great chowder cook off! We were very impressed by the greetings and the display of bikes and accessories. We will be back!

I just bought my first Harley motorcycle from your dealership. I’ll have to tell my neighbor, Carl Greenwood that I bought a used Heritage, and that I was happy with the way I was treated. I walked into the shop one day and started talking about a purchase of a new Ultra Classic. I had a 2002 Ultra to trade in. I feel they gave me a fair price for my bike and a fair price for the new Ultra. There was not a moment during my dealing with staff that I felt pressured at all. It was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends. Not only did they give great service they always were extremley friendly and kept me interested during any wait times I had. A great shop and a great staff that work there.

Last weekend on the way back from Montreal my girlfriend and I stopped into your showroom at closing time. Both of the lovely ladies assured us that they would stay open as long as we wanted to shop.

I had been looking at a pricey leather for a couple of months and finally pulled the trigger at your store because of the extraordinary help and friendliness. Not any easy feat, I shop regularly at Seacoast Harley and they are an excellent dealer too.

Maybe what struck me the most was the willingness of a parts guy to take a call after hours. Its one thing to close the door on a paying customer but a phone call could easily have been put off till the next day. You can't bribe employees to have that kind of work ethic. Both Carla and I loved the dealership and plan on bringing our CVO's for an event. We both love it.

I just wanted you all to know that you have gained two new biker fans of your dealership in spite of the dire warnings from this twaddle on Facebook.

Lastly, I got a call from Archel, a saleswoman that helped me, that she thought I might have left my sunglasses there. I did, and was thrilled to arrange to have them shipped to me. Once again, you can't find employees like that anywhere.

I was on vacation in VT and NH in September 2008 and my battery on my 2005 Wide Glide was starting to give me trouble. We stopped at Granite to see if they might have time to replace it for me. I'm from CT and have been to many Harley dealerships and by far, Granite is THE best one I have ever experienced. Not only did they make the time, but every person in that store, from the clothing department to the parts/service department, was so very gracious, helpful and genuinely friendly. I was actually allowed back in the service department while they were working on my bike. Oh - my bike was also washed after they serviced it - wow!! I spent some time in the clothing department, too, finding a great leather jacket and some shirts while I waited for my bike to be finished. On that particular day, they offered free hot dogs and soda! It was one of, or I should say, THE best experience I have ever had with a dealership! As much as I love my Dyna, I do want a Street Glide one day and I WILL be going up to Granite for that! I would have written this sooner, but just came across you guys on Facebook, became a "friend" and found the section on your website to write so I did, although about a year late. Thanks for a great experience - I'll be back!

Hey, Staci & Natascha! Can you even believe it? I'm not sure I can. I had no intention of buying a bike when I dropped by on Saturday. Your staff (as always) treated me wonderfully and went along with letting me take the "S" out for a ride. . . just like they have every other time. I had a great (chilly) ride home on Sunday. . . got to figure out how much heated clothing I can plug in! On Sunday, Mary was close to buying the blue Deluxe out in your lineup, but we have some unanswered questions about our overall motorcycle strategy (race bikes, track bikes, street bikes, dirt bikes. . . yikes); we'll know better in a week or so. There's a chance that we may even be trading in the BMW's, we'll see. In the meantime, I'll be having fun with the Sporty.

I did not realize I wasn't just shopping for a bike, but was shopping for a dealership. Granite State Harley sold me my first Harley, a new 2004 Heritage Softail. Since then I have visited many a dealership and eventually went back to Granite State when I was ready to upgrade. Buying my next bike I thought would be simple, I wanted the best bike, and the best deal. Yes I shopped around but kept coming back to Granite State. I do not think any one salesperson sold me my 2007 Electric Glide, as I had the pleasure to meet everyone on the team while I test drove one bike after another. Granite State's crew were patient, knowledgeable, and honest with me throughout the entire process. Ok… so here's what happened to me. I was at Bike Week in Laconia, we like to hit Harley Shops for souvenier stuff. Saw this Brand new HOT Fat Boy with Radical Paint and was instantly stuck on STUPID over it. So, my wonderful, supportive husband told me I deserve it, we ran the numbers & traded in my Dyna and rode it back to Weirs beach that day!! The staff is great and very knowledgable and very customer service oriented. From sales, to apparel, to parts it was ALL GOOD!! If you are anywhere near Grainte State HD and looking for a new ride..go see them!! It's worth the trip..I live in CT and we have good dealerships too, don't misunderstand me. We will definitely be return customers!! Thanx alot!!

As a long time Harley owner guy (37+ years, non stop) I haven�t always been dealer trusting, going decades w/out stepping into a dealership, using after market indies instead. In fact I have only been utilizing the dealership here since the new ownership took over. As well my father rode and raced Harleys on the gypsy tour circuit during the late 50�s early 60�s.

In a nut shell and the short story�. I am writing to share the comfort and 100% satisfaction I have felt and the conscientious help I received from �Scotty� in service. That little feller is an aim to please guy. Knowledgeable too. Recently upgrading from a 1983 FL and 1963 FL to used 2001 and 1998 Ultra�s, Scotty has been extremely instrumental in helping with the new technology transition. Ever accommodating to my schedule conflicts, shop hours and just generally being in the weeds about all this new tech lingo(down load? Sert? EFI? WTF?). He reminds me of the dealerships employees of the pre 1970�s when each dealership had its own character and before they all looked alike.

I am also establishing a great relationship with Mark, George and Brad in parts. And have recently had the opportunity to have met Sandy in Service.

Keep up the great work Granite State Harley Davidson and we can bring back that old time feeling and still pay the bills, eh.

WOW! Two bikes later and one for service and you still have not disappointed me. Every time I come to the Dealership I am greeted with smiles and by my first name. That says a lot in this business world today. I would also like to recognize a very special person, and that is Scott in service as his attitude is always "No problem we will fix it" or bring it in and we will get it done". He also treats everyone's bike as if it was his own. And that means a lot to a biker as we spend a lot of time taking care of our babies.
