Joan Newberry from CT:
I was on vacation in VT and NH in September 2008 and my battery on my 2005 Wide Glide was starting to give me trouble. We stopped at Granite to see if they might have time to replace it for me. I'm from CT and have been to many Harley dealerships and by far, Granite is THE best one I have ever experienced. Not only did they make the time, but every person in that store, from the clothing department to the parts/service department, was so very gracious, helpful and genuinely friendly. I was actually allowed back in the service department while they were working on my bike. Oh - my bike was also washed after they serviced it - wow!! I spent some time in the clothing department, too, finding a great leather jacket and some shirts while I waited for my bike to be finished. On that particular day, they offered free hot dogs and soda! It was one of, or I should say, THE best experience I have ever had with a dealership! As much as I love my Dyna, I do want a Street Glide one day and I WILL be going up to Granite for that! I would have written this sooner, but just came across you guys on Facebook, became a "friend" and found the section on your website to write so I did, although about a year late. Thanks for a great experience - I'll be back!

Folks, I just love my Honda Shadow 750! Everywhere I go people just love to walk over and take a look at it. This is only my second bike and I'll be looking for my first Harley when I get out of college, but for now I absolutely love this bike! Thanks to Kevin and all the folks at Granite State Harley for a great deal and I'll be back!

Hey, Staci & Natascha! Can you even believe it? I'm not sure I can. I had no intention of buying a bike when I dropped by on Saturday. Your staff (as
always) treated me wonderfully and went along with letting me take the "S"
out for a ride. . . just like they have every other time. I had a great
(chilly) ride home on Sunday. . . got to figure out how much heated clothing I can plug in! On Sunday, Mary was close to buying the blue Deluxe out in your lineup, but we have some unanswered questions about our overall motorcycle strategy (race bikes, track bikes, street bikes, dirt bikes. . .
yikes); we'll know better in a week or so. There's a chance that we may even be trading in the BMW's, we'll see. In the meantime, I'll be having fun with the Sporty. -g.

Ok, this is almost too much! Stopped in last night to order manuals (owner's, parts, shop) for the XL-S, and they made me one of those dog tags.
I seem to be getting the same treatment as if I had bought a new CVO Road King. No, you don't get treated like this at BMW (or any other) dealers. -g.

Natascha, It was nice talking with you on Saturday. I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy being a Granite State Harley Davidson customer. I also wanted to let you know I think the world of you and Staci. Thank you for letting me be part of the Granite State Harley Davidson family, and experience. Hope you have a great holiday season. See you at the dealership soon. Regards, John

Back in the UK following a great vacation in the US, covered 5 States and about 2500 miles. Please pass on our thanks to Barbi for all the help she gave us, particularly with Wendy's FXRG jacket. We will try to make our next visit in the summer so that we can ride instead of driving.
All the best, Paul.

Granite State Harley-Davidson makes me feel like family not just a customer and I never felt this from any other dealership! My wife will attest that I have been to quite a few.... Thanks!

I did not realize I wasn't just shopping for a bike, but was shopping for a dealership. Granite State Harley sold me my first Harley, a new 2004 Heritage Softail. Since then I have visited many a dealership and eventually went back to Granite State when I was ready to upgrade. Buying my next bike I thought would be simple, I wanted the best bike, and the best deal. Yes I shopped around but kept coming back to Granite State. I do not think any one salesperson sold me my 2007 Electric Glide, as I had the pleasure to meet everyone on the team while I test drove one bike after another. Granite State's crew were patient, knowledgeable, and honest with me throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend them enough and will continue to do business with Granite State Harely even though other dealers are closer to me.
Thank you again.

Barbi Nott & Granite State Harley Davidson,
Thank you so much for helping us to make our stay in Vermont a fun time. My daughter loved her clothes etc., I got for her. By the way my brother-in-law is a member of yours. I found this out when I got to their house. Thanks again.

In June I bought my first ever motorcycle.
A Harley Davidson Sportster 883. After spending some time on the road, and taking the M.O.S.T. class to get my license. I quickly decided I was ready to trade up. With the help of everyone at Granite State Harley Davidson, and taking the time to get a feel of what I was looking for in comfort and handling. I decided to go with a 2009 Softail Deluxe.
Everything about the Softail has made my riding experience all the more enjoyable. It is everything the folks at Granite State Harley Davidson said it would be, and more!
Thank you all for your help and support.
Cliff from West Lebanon, NH.

Ok..so
here's what happened to me. I was at Bike Week in Laconia, we like to hit
Harley Shops for souvenier stuff. Saw this Brand new HOT Fat Boy with
Radical Paint and was instantly stuck on STUPID over it. So, my wonderful,
supportive husband told me I deserve it, we ran the numbers & traded in my
Dyna and rode it back to Weirs beach that day!! The staff is great and
very knowledgable and very customer service oriented. From sales, to
apparel, to parts it was ALL GOOD!! If you are anywhere near Grainte State
HD and looking for a new ride..go see them!! It's worth the trip..I live
in CT and we have good dealerships too, don't misunderstand me. We will
definitely be return customers!! Thanx alot!!

I've been riding for 43 years and
have been in, and hung out at, many motorcycle shops and Harley
dealerships across the country in that time. I've been comfortable in a
few but not like at Granite State Harley-Davidson. Everyone knows my name
when I walk in and I know theirs. They're not just greeters and
salespeople and parts managers and service technicians. They're friends
and like my second family. I often go there just to hang out and talk to
friendly folks with the same interest I have...Harley Davidson
motorcycles. Thanks Granite State...you're home.

After shopping around at many Harley
dealers for my 2009 Street Glide, I called Granite State and spoke with
Perry. I told Perry what I had gotten for prices from the other dealers,
told him I wanted to stay local and asked what he could do. They were
willing to match the price to get my business, and also matched all the
prices on my accessories. How can you ask for anything more than that from
a dealer. All of my accessories were special order and I am scheduled to
pick the bike up Thursday. I am hoping to get there and be surprised to
find out all my parts are on. Especially my seat! From what I have seen so
far, if there is any dealer that can step up and hit it out of the park...
Its Granite State!!

My new bike is as smooth as buddah. I even enjoyed
riding in the rain - only the first 30 minutes of my ride. Thanks for
putting together an attractive deal . Thanks also to Perry, Bob, Marc and
the entire GSHD team who helped make it happen and made me feel like part
of the family. See you all on May 17.
Thanks, Zam

2008 was a big year for me. I bought (2)
new Harley Davidson motorcycles, lots of accessories, motor clothes, a new
helmet, and a GPS. All the folks at Granite State Harley Davidson took the
time to help me and make sure my experience was the best it could be. When
they say your business is personal they mean it. It is a pleasure in this day
and age we live in to know everyone including the owners on a first name
basis. I want to thank all my new friends at Granite State Harley
Davidson for a great first year. I am looking forward to many more to come.
If you are thinking about buying a motorcycle new or used, need accessories,
motor clothes, or just want to see what Harley Davidson is all about I
strongly suggest you stop by and see the folks at Granite State Harley
Davidson. You won't be disappointed.
Thanks again, John from Lebanon

As a
long time Harley owner guy (37+ years, non stop) I haven’t always been dealer
trusting, going decades w/out stepping into a dealership, using after market
indies instead. In fact I have only been utilizing the dealership here since
the new ownership took over. As well my father rode and raced Harleys on the
gypsy tour circuit during the late 50’s early 60’s.
In a nut shell and the short story…. I am
writing to share the comfort and 100% satisfaction I have felt and the
conscientious help I received from “Scotty” in service. That little feller is
an aim to please guy. Knowledgeable too. Recently upgrading from a 1983 FL and
1963 FL to used 2001 and 1998 Ultra’s, Scotty has been extremely instrumental
in helping with the new technology transition. Ever accommodating to my schedule
conflicts, shop hours and just generally being in the weeds about all this new
tech lingo(down load? Sert? EFI? WTF?). He reminds me of the dealerships
employees of the pre 1970’s when each dealership had its own character and
before they all looked alike.
I am also establishing a great relationship
with Mark, George and Brad in parts. And have recently had the opportunity to
have met Sandy in Service.
Keep up the great work Granite State Harley
Davidson and we can bring back that old time feeling and still pay the bills,
eh.
Sincerely,
John

WOW! Two bikes later and one for service
and you still have not disappointed me. Every time I come to the Dealership I am
greeted with smiles and by my first name. That says a lot in this business world
today. I would also like to recognize a very special person, and that is Scott
in service as his attitude is always "No problem we will fix it" or bring it in
and we will get it done". He also treats everyone's bike as if it was his own.
And that means a lot to a biker as we spend a lot of time taking care of our
babies.
